Delivery
Delivery is FREE for all UK mainland customers and all orders are sent via First Class Recorded Delivery using Royal Mail.

We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your order. Please note that orders placed after 2pm will be despatched from our warehouse the next working day.

First Class Recorded Deliveries are made Monday – Saturday.

Please note that deliveries can only be made to the billing address of the card holder and not to alternate shipping address.

Returns By Post
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your J-Bees.co.uk merchandise. We therefore accept returns for up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Returned items must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached.

To send an item back to us,  please enclose our standard returns form listing the items you are returning, the reason you are returning them, and what you would like in exchange or refund. Please include a copy of your receipt. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as J-Bees.co.uk cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Goods are returned to J-Bees at your own expense however we will send your exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge. Please use the pre-prepared address label attached to the bottom of the returns form, on your package.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 5 working days for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund or exchange order has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International customers please be advised that J-Bees will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning goods.

Sales and Promotional Items
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on sale or promotional items, though we will be happy to offer an exchange in these circumstances.

Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
 
Returns to Store
This service is available in our Wood Green Store and is free of charge. Return items must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Please note that goods returned to the store can not be refunded for cash and all refunds will be made via your payment method. If you are returning an item via a store please take your delivery note with you. If you have an order query, please email us at returns@j-bees.co.uk
